This project encompasses the architectural design and documentation for Tenant Improvement (T.I.) phases within an existing steel-framed structure. The initial scope of work focused on enhancing the facility's interior functionality by constructing new bathrooms, mezzanine office spaces, and a designated indoor playing field. In a subsequent project phase, the original playing field area was creatively repurposed to house custom-made gymnastics practice platforms, successfully adapting the space to meet the tenant's evolving specialized athletic needs.
