This project involves the demolition of an existing site structure to construct a new eight-story apartment complex in Seattle's newly re-zoned U-District. Unique zoning setback codes allowed us to successfully collaborate with city building planners to execute the desired design. This strategic regulatory approach allowed the development to confidently maximize its buildable footprint within the dense neighborhood.

The resulting mid-rise structure features a highly efficient interior layout that accommodates 44 residential units across its eight floors. Achieving this level of density and spatial efficiency is particularly significant for meeting the housing demands of Seattle's bustling U-District environment. Ultimately, the comprehensive redevelopment successfully transforms the site into a dense, modern residential community.
